Sushi-ya Ono
鮨屋小野 江戸前寿司 恵比寿
Ebisu's Sushi-ya Ono serves meticulous Edomae sushi through an omakase course. Enjoy a relaxed evening featuring the signature Ono Special—pairing onion with seared fatty tuna—alongside beer and other drinks.
01 / ABOUT THE PLACE
Down a flight of stairs in a quiet pocket of Ebisu, Sushi-ya Ono showcases Edomae sushi built on seasonal seafood and skilled technique. Centered around an intimate counter, it offers a refined setting to settle in for an evening omakase course.
Ordering the omakase is the quintessential way to experience the rhythm of the meal. A standout highlight is the inventive Ono Special roll, which pairs onion with lightly torched fatty tuna. The sweetness of the rendered fat combined with the crisp bite of onion adds a memorable accent to the progression.
An assortment of alcoholic drinks and beer is available to accompany the sushi. The taisho's approachable conversation and attentive hospitality make for an easygoing atmosphere, with dessert rounding out the complete dinner.
Dinner service begins at 17:00, and because seating is limited, reserving in advance is recommended. It is a dependable choice for anniversaries and special gatherings, as well as an evening dedicated to treating yourself to fine sushi.
